Not a service provider, but a nightmare. I really regret that spent around 5.000 AED this year. Gonna find another “aggregator” as my new year gift, which actually takes a responsibility for their “specialists”. Had a deep cleaning recently, wanted to have a nice and clean house before the new year, but received headache and even more spendings)
Their valuable “specialists” didnt finish the job and threw in a trash a piece of my furniture, which was required for the fix. Now, instead of gluing a small part of wood, I have to buy a whole new cabinet, which is not existent on the market, since it’s a built in furniture from the construction company. Wasted time, wasted money and absence of a deep cleaning result. They told me, that they do not take the responsibility and the best they can do is “compensation for my inconvenience”, they offered me 100 AED 🤡.
