I am writing this review out of serious health concerns for others and my family. I visited the Um Squem branch of this restaurant yesterday night at 11 PM. Near our table, we found more than 10 cockroaches, and one was even in my plate. Cockroaches were everywhere – on the food, floor, walls, and plates. It was shocking to see such a thing in a restaurant, especially in Dubai.
The soup was stinking, and the chicken lollipop was undercooked and had blood. I shudder to think about the condition of the kitchen. Despite their awards for hygiene, this restaurant's standards are pathetic. I deeply regret my visit and hope that the Dubai Food Authority takes strict action.
