I bought an AC part after they promised it would work perfectly and that I’d get a full refund if it didn’t—as long as there was no invoice (not entered in their system). So I didn’t ask for one. When I returned it unused—because my technician required an advanced part to match the function of my AC unit—the manager Mohsin completely changed the commitment and refused the refund. He and his staff made a scene and gave false excuses. Very disappointing. Later, I heard from other nearby shops: “Be careful of this guy and his members—he does this trick all the time.” Be very careful—they are not honest or trustworthy.
