I was charged AED 2,425 when I was clearly quoted AED 242.50. This is a ten-fold overcharge without my authorization. I returned to the merchant in person two days later to resolve this and was refused any refund or goods. This is not a misunderstanding — it is an unauthorized amount and a fraudulent transaction. The case has been escalated to my card issuer and to Visa/Mastercard for a formal chargeback and investigation. I strongly advise anyone to avoid this business.
