I purchased an AED machine from this supplier, and my experience has been extremely disappointing. First, they assured me that all items were available in stock. Later, they informed me that the AED machine was not available and had to be imported from the USA, which would take 4 weeks. Instead of 4 weeks, it took them 9 months, during which I had to continuously follow up without receiving any clear update. When they finally shipped the items, the first shipment was correct, but the second item was completely wrong. After reporting the issue, they said it was a “mistake.” Then, when they sent the replacement, they scanned the old tracking number, and because of that error, the item never reached me. This supplier has been irresponsible, unprofessional, and extremely difficult to deal with throughout the whole process. If I were living in Dubai, I would have filed a legal case against them for this level of negligence. I do not recommend this supplier at all.
