The biggest mistake in Dubai was renting an apartment through this agency. They gave us a dirty apartment with everything breaking down. We had to repair everything ourselves because the agents either don't respond to messages or communicate rudely. We couldn't renew the lease for another year because they decided to raise the cost by 30%, which is illegal in Dubai. We couldn't leave the apartment for 1.5 weeks because they didn't want to refund the deposit. I was constantly crying and wanted to leave. Never work with this agency. They will smile and deceive you.
