This agency, led by Naved, demonstrated a highly unprofessional approach. I am leasing an office in Park Lane, and during the renewal process Naved informed me that the rent would be increased by 15%. This increase directly contradicts the Rental Index and the legal requirement for a 90-day formal notice, which they, as the landlord’s representatives, are not entitled to ignore. My company and I repeatedly requested either a meeting with the landlord or an official written notice sent by email. Instead, we were met with empty promises and clear attempts to impose an unlawful increase, giving the impression that the primary goal was personal financial gain rather than proper representation. As I am well aware of my legal rights, I filed a case with the RDC. The case was resolved in my favor within one day. Furthermore, the landlord contacted me directly and confirmed that this agency had never informed him about the situation at all. I do not recommend dealing with this agency. Save your time, money, and peace of mind.
