This place is full of Scammers. I bought a phone from them which couldn't work in my country. When I brought it back they blamed me for opening the phone when I didn't thus refraining from refunds or replacement. Name of the guys there who ill-treated me and we're not willing to give me a refund or replacement were Hakeem and the cunning one Basheer. Basheer is a proper south Indian cunning chap who will lure you to buy phones and accessories from him promising the best after sales service but in reality these guys always wanna pull a fast one on you. They know most tourists don't come back to Dubai whilst I always come and brought the phone back but they wouldn't take it although it was boxed. I told them that I will write my reviews and terrible experiences in dealing with them and they said they Don't Care ! Kindly do not shop here unless you want to be robbed !
