Attention please everyone! I just take your two mints I was apply 54days ago about lost passport in first time I pay 1000aed and second payment again 1000aed after one week then our process is start only for lost passport. They said 7500aed in installments all will be including like if you have absconding overstay .. I wait 54days then final I decide to go there and talk face to face then lady name is Helen Tubis +971 56 648 8223 she just apply only for police lost certificate report that one rejected then we go there only for taking lost passport she just said we try to take original passport then we said ok we have to wait but my point is that I just recommending for your people I know that process if I got the police lost certificate report then after go to embassy.. she don’t know where is the lost passport have she just saying you go there and there like Abu Dhabi or Alain emigration I know that process we pay there for lost passport not for you advice you don’t know at least then why you take money for what only for apply lost passport certificate online that one I didn’t video it’s rejected then u just applying online and it’s rejected then you took our 1000Aed. Then guys after that when I go there to talk about this issue and our process I talk very nicely and respectfully but her reaction like shouting and abusing and didn’t listen to me and starting drama even she bring us the front of PRO but he don’t know the whole story and he starting shouting to me and he know I come there for applying and payment but he asking to my partner who is that guy she said it’s my husband then he asking for marriage certificate who the hall are you to asking about certificate even he said the front of staff he is just your boyfriend for fuck…g only .. the just want to pressuize me and even I talk very nice to him but guys they just giving customer service 0.0.0 star service they don’t give to respect you I’m not recommending you don’t go there just approach consulate..
