I am extremely dissatisfied with the grooming services at your clinic. Jan Rio is the groomer,During a recent grooming session, dislocated and severely injured my dog's nail, causing excessive bleeding and the need for removal. The groomer rushed through the process and failed to recognize the signs of distress, discomfort and agitation in my dog, using excessive force.
Despite the injury, I was charged 273 AED for the consultation, wound cleaning, and collar cone, as well as an additional 79 AED for basic grooming, which only included a shower and no proper drying. As a result of this incident, my dog is in pain, unable to walk properly, and needs constant assistance for eating, drinking, poop and pee.
