Given CAT control valve for testing due to not taking load. They shared me test video of low pressure. They said only problem with o ring kits. They Replaced oring and again sent me test video without proper test methodThey not even know what is load sensing and signal line Also they have welded the control valve without providing me any information or photos They are not allowing us to see the control valve during testing A short video less than 30 seconds sent They are really unprofessional and arguing with me. While dismanting it has cracked and they hide it from me and did welding on sensitive area. Not recommended these guys
