I had a very disappointing experience at this salon. I requested a balayage, but the result was completely different from what I showed. My hair color is uneven with orange and yellow patches, and the ends are now damaged and breaking. I visited another professional salon for consultation, and they confirmed that my hair is overprocessed and will require expensive correction. At the reception, I clearly said that I was not satisfied with the result. The staff checked my hair but could not give any proper explanation or solution. Instead, I was simply asked to pay (cash or card), and my concerns were ignored. I contacted the salon again requesting a refund, but they refused and only offered to redo the service, which I do not trust after this experience. I am very unhappy with both the result and the way this situation was handled. I cannot recommend this salon.
