Holiday Island Tours & Travels: Fake marketing promises- No REFUND!!! Don’t get into the trap of false marketing strategies. I paid 8900AED for 13 days Europe/ASIA/F.E/M.E trip valid for 3 years. Mr. Kumar S(sales head) and Mr. Santosh (sales team). Both are resigned as per today’s call with customer care. You try to reach to any guys after they sell the product to you, they say ‘not associated with the company’ They promise all the requirements you have during promotion (multiple days, 3 years of validity and 4star hotels), during agreement they say everything you will receive in an email as discussed (I noticed they have mentioned only one week and 1 year valid) and agreed by saying they have current printed contract is only limited (something related to their anniversary), but in email you will receive everything. 1. ⁠Once you receive welcome email there will be nothing as promised. It will be as per contract not as per the discussion. 2. ⁠If you ask them through email channels: They will mention your ticket is closed as we tried to reach you on call (without calling) but no response. 3. ⁠On call to customer care or to their default contact number (immediately after welcome mail) they sai it is as promised by sales team not as per email. 4. ⁠Once after a year (package promised for 3years) when we ask for the package details, they say: In reference to your recent email and as discussed, we regret to inform you that your travel package expired on June 1st, 2025, and is now officially closed. As per the terms and conditions of your package, the “validity period has lapsed”, and we are unable to offer further services under this agreement. 5. ⁠So you have to followup and nothing works because you already signed for something else. Finally I had to give 8900AED for Holiday island tours & travel’s charity.

Title: Scam Tactics and High-Pressure Sales – Avoid at All Costs I had a terrible experience with Holiday Island Tours & Travels LLC. On 28 March 2025, they called me claiming I had won their raffle and invited me, along with my wife, to their event at Al Ghurair Centre to collect my gift. When we arrived, instead of giving the gift, they started asking about our travel history and began promoting their expensive travel packages. They said we could simply take the gift and leave if we weren’t interested – but that was not the case. Once they finished explaining, I politely declined their offers. That’s when the manipulation and pressure began. They kept pushing their packages costing 8,000–9,000 AED, trying to convince and even guilt us into buying. It was extremely uncomfortable and felt deceptive from the start. This is a scam tactic – lure people with a fake raffle prize, then trap them in a high-pressure sales pitch. They wasted our time, made us feel uncomfortable, and never truly intended to give the gift without a fight. Avoid this company at all costs and do not fall for their “you’ve won a prize” calls. Note. The raffle is fake – if you mention your job title as Manager or General Manager, you’ll be “selected” automatically. It’s just bait to get you into their sales trap.
