I had a very disappointing experience at this salon. A week ago, I received a terrible pedicure, which I politely addressed at the time. Then, my manicure started falling apart — four nails came off within just one week. When I came back to fix them, those four nails were redone in a different color. I was watching a movie during the appointment and didn’t notice right away, but I’m surprised the technician didn’t realize the color didn’t match the rest. Now I’m left with mismatched nails that look unprofessional. This is the third issue in just one week — first the pedicure, then the poor quality of the manicure, and now the color mismatch. It’s incredibly frustrating to waste both time and money like this I stayed calm and understanding with the previous problems, but this level of inconsistency is unacceptable.
