The food at Texas Chicken at AUH Airport was tasty, but I’m giving 1 star due to the extremely rude behavior of the staff member collecting feedback. While I was packing my things, she took my phone without my permission and filled out the survey herself, even after I said I would do it. This is completely unacceptable and very disrespectful. Handling someone’s personal device without consent made the experience unpleasant, despite the good food.
