⚠️ BE AWARE – Review for MariA Muhammad Travel And Tourism L.L.C I am sharing my honest experience so others, especially those going for Umrah, do not face the same problems. Maria Travels claimed the bus would have Wi-Fi and a washroom, but this was misleading. There was no Wi-Fi at all (not a signal issue — no router or device). The bus washroom never worked during the entire journey (Dubai–Saudi, Makkah–Madinah, and return). The driver always said there was no water or plumbing problems. Pickup Issue – 24 December, 3:00 AM (Jebel Ali) I was given a pickup point at 3:00 AM and reached at 2:20 AM. Another passenger had been waiting since 8:00 PM. From 2:45 AM, we tried contacting the driver, but he spoke only Arabic and could not communicate. Maria Travels did not answer calls initially and later only pretended to help. We clearly saw the bus arrive near the pickup point, but the driver did not stop and left within seconds. When I spoke to the owner of Maria Travels, instead of handling the situation professionally, she started shouting about the driver and used abusive language, saying things like “I know this guy is harami” and similar inappropriate words. She then instructed me to take a taxi to Abu Dhabi and promised to reimburse the fare. Trusting her, I paid AED 350 for the taxi. After submitting the bill, her attitude changed completely. She and the bus owner refused to reimburse, blamed each other, and finally blamed me. The final communication was rude, aggressive, and unprofessional. I am not writing this review for money. I am writing this because Umrah is a sacred journey, and no one should face such negligence and disrespect. I have full evidence and other passengers who witnessed these issues. Advice: Please think carefully before booking. Once payment is made, Maria Travels does not take responsibility.

Hello, I would like to share my experience with this tour so that others can make an informed decision. Unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience overall. There was no proper communication or coordination throughout the journey. The SIM card was not provided as promised, and there was no WiFi available on the bus, which made it very difficult for passengers to stay connected. The driver only informed us about important details after crossing the Saudi border, which caused unnecessary confusion. In addition, the bus dropped us outside the hotel, and no one came to assist or pick us up. It appeared that there were multiple agents involved, and no one took full responsibility for managing the group properly. I sincerely request the tour company to improve their coordination and customer service. For other travelers, I would not recommend this tour based on my experience, as the overall service was very poor and unorganized.
