This is the second time I can't get to a class. The first time I spent an hour on the road to find out 6 minutes before the class was supposed to start that the class was cancelled. The same situation now, only I decided to check the cancellation in advance on the official website. And I don't understand why you make registration for classes open in the app if the class is going to be cancelled anyway. I found out from a trainer friend that this situation happened to me and that the owner of the studio doesn't like people who come through the ClassPass app, because they bring little money for her business. If this is really the case, don't advertise through this app and don't mislead people that it is possible to get to you through the app.
