The company sold us a material we liked; however, after the payment, when we thought the furniture had already been produced, they told us they couldn't produce the vanities with the material they sold us as it's inadequate for bathrooms. The production was delayed by weeks. The furniture was delivered without protection or care, damaging brand-new custom-made vanities. Even with measurements taken in our bathrooms, the furniture needed was inadequate to install. The brand-new vanities were of poor quality, uneven, unaligned, and leaking. After four visits to rectify the issue, the vanities still leak. The furniture started to rot and mould. The company promised to produce new furniture; however, three months later, there still needs furniture. Workers who do not speak any English came without a supervisor. The furniture was mounted in the wrong spot and in a poor way, which worried us that it would fall off. They also broke a doorframe and scratched new taps and toilet seats. We agreed on work timings, but they disregarded the agreements, getting me in trouble with building security. The company did not come before 1 p.m. or organise a permit. My husband, the building security, and I have asked the team to leave, but they would not.
