A very bad and disappointing experience – total chaos. Everyone just does things their own way with no respect for the client’s time or the client as a person, and the clinic itself feels nothing like a professional medical place. Honestly, it feels more like a vegetable market than a clinic. Their only concern is to sell you services as if you were just a product. There’s no organization, no transparency in giving information, a lot of manipulation, disrespect, and broken promises. They even try to save their own costs at the client’s expense, especially with payment plans like Tabby and Tamara. I did Endolift for both face and body with them, and after a month and a half — and after spending a big amount — I saw zero results compared to what the doctor had promised. Post-treatment care was full of mistakes, confusion, and shortages, which only proved that once they take your money, they couldn’t care less. All those rosy promises they sold me just vanished into thin air. One of the worst experiences ever. I will never repeat it and definitely do not recommend it.
