Very Disappointing Service – Would Not Recommend I had a terrible experience with Ajax Courier Service. They consistently delivered my parcels to the wrong address, causing unnecessary stress and inconvenience. This has happened more than once, which shows a serious lack of responsibility and professionalism. There seems to be no proper verification process before marking a delivery as completed. Customer service was also unhelpful when I tried to resolve the issue. I strongly recommend improving delivery accuracy and accountability. Until then, I would not trust them with important parcels.

Very poor service and very slow compared to other delivery companies. The shipment is in the same country and takes more than two days to reach you. They have no system or organization.

I received 2 calls from not speaking English properly lady telling that delivery will be on such day xxxx, why would someone bother people if the email already sent, sms sent, and whatsapp sent ??
