A few months ago, I was diagnosed with a medical condition that requires me to take medication daily for an extended period of time. However, it has not been easy for me to find this medication in Dubai, as most pharmacies where I've looked have been out of stock. Every month, I would stress out trying to find at least one box of the medication somewhere in every corner of Dubai so I could continue my treatment successfully, until I was recommended to Marjorie at Polyclinic AE. She helped me find the pills, and has always been very kind and helpful. She dedicated a lot of time to assist me and to locate the medication for me, and even days after my consultation, she contacted me to let me know she had managed to find it. This deeply touched my heart. Thanks to her, I was able to find enough medication to cover several months of my treatment, which has been such a huge relief. I am writing this review with all my love and gratitude towards her, as it has been the best customer service I have ever received. I hope her great work is acknowledged and rewarded.
