What a poor Customer service ! This is the worst Metro Manila Branch amongst their Stores all over UAE! Staff didn't know how to render the proper Customer Service ! It doesn't mean that they are selling basic goods & Filipino stuff they've had the full rights to disregards their Customers! I've ordered 2 packs of water last night with 5 kg of brown rice last night at around 07:00 pm, and no one contacted me until I iniated to contact them just to informed me that their delivery is finished ! Until other staff told me tht they will deliver my stuff after 10 mins mins, I've made it 20 mins before contacting contacting them again until 10:45 pm, as I have to have to get off to bed, so il ended up telling them to deliver it today at 02:00 pm, and yet no one is still contacting me until again initiated and follow up my order ! Poor Customer Service! Staff mustn't work in this kind of field. Not recommendable this store for any kind of home delivery ! They didn't know to respect and valuing time of other people! What if we don't have anymore reserved water that time ? We will be thirst for the whole night..not thinking about this kind of situational cases😠🧐
