I visited the "Steam It" kiosk at Yas Mall regarding a steamer I purchased 3.5 years ago with a 5-year warranty. One senior staff member was very rude, insisted on an invoice (despite being told at purchase it was not required), and refused to even check the product, stating old records were unavailable. Thankfully, another staff member was polite and helpful. She checked the product, confirmed it had never been used, and resolved the issue. I appreciate her professionalism, but management should seriously address the poor customer service shown by the senior staff.
