I visited this salon yesterday for an underarm waxing session, but unfortunately, my experience was not a good one. The staff member who assisted me didn’t seem confident or properly trained — the wax strip was applied three times on the same area, which caused a lot of pain and discomfort. When I raised my concern, a cream was applied to the area, but it only made the burning sensation worse. I was told that the redness would go away, but even now, it’s still painful. I hope the management provides better training for their staff to avoid similar situations in the future. Sadly, I cannot recommend this service based on my personal experience.
