Broken trust multiple times I only hope that Melissa chooses to do what is morally right and return my withheld deposit money. I have proof this was taken and that it has not been returned. An official complaint to the authorities has to be logged due to the demonstrated unwillingness to release my money back to me contrary to the promise made. It’s also worth mentioning that after the first Visa was purchased we were advised by Melissa that we didn't need to visit Tasheel to officiate, even though my friend did this with his partner as advised. This led to an alleged sizeable fine from Tasheel that I paid to Melissa. In hindsight, I saw no evidence this fine existed nor did I see if it was paid to Tasheel as was the claim. We trusted at the time which was likely a mistake given the evidence of subsequent failures to deliver on promises made and the lack of evidence of the existence of this alleged fine.
