Terrible service – Incorrect billing and zero communication! Avoid this company at all costs. Their billing system is a mess and their customer service is non-existent: Fraudulent Billing: They charge me amounts that have nothing to do with my actual meter readings. Ignoring Emails: I have sent 5 follow-up emails and haven't received a single response. Useless Phone Support: When you call, they promise to "look into it," but nothing ever changes. To make matters worse, staff have even hung up the phone on me mid-conversation. Extremely unprofessional. They take your money but refuse to provide even basic support. Save yourself the headache and stay away!
