Laundry
This laundry has no proper control or tracking system. There is no staff permanently assigned to receive and register items. Customers are asked to place their clothes in bags themselves and label them with a marker provided by the shop, which is completely unreliable.
In my case, my entire bedding set was lost (bedsheets, pillowcases and two blankets). After waiting over a week with no updates, I went to the shop in person. At first, they told me everything was fine, but after searching, an employee admitted that my items were given to another customer by mistake.
I was then told that I had to wait until that customer returns to the UAE to get my belongings back. It has now been 10 days and I have received nothing. I even filed a complaint with Abu Dhabi Police, and still no response from the laundry.
Unacceptable service, no accountability, and no responsibility taken. I do not recommend this place. Read more
