Dear All, VERY POOR AMD NOT Recommended. If it were possible to give a rating below zero, I would have done so. Since zero is not an option, I’m forced to give one star. I have sent over 100 emails and made more than 100 calls to Max Way Tourism’s customer care, but received either no response or completely unhelpful replies. During the event, they made several attractive promises to convince me to take the package, but none of those commitments were honored. Their behavior has been completely unethical and irresponsible. As a sample, I am attaching a screenshot of their last-minute email response, which caused unnecessary stress and extra cost. I strongly advise others not to take any package from them. My experience has been extremely disappointing and frustrating kind of last-minute change is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. It is highly unethical to shift responsibilities onto the customer after failing to meet prior commitments. Due to your delay, I am now forced to book a flight at a significantly higher cost. Had I been informed earlier, I could have booked the ticket at a much lower fare. Who will bear the additional cost now? Will your team take responsibility for this? I followed the agreed terms and shared my flight booking details well in advance—60 days prior—as clearly communicated by you. Despite this, you’ve now arbitrarily decided to reimburse only AED 350 to 400 without any discussion or justification. On what grounds was this figure decided? Even the earlier committed reimbursement of AED 225 from March 25 is still pending, which clearly reflects poor coordination and inefficiency. It is not acceptable to burden the customer for internal process failures. For the last 6 months, I’ve been continuously chasing your team for updates, and unfortunately, your actions reflect nothing but deliberate delay tactics and a lack of accountability. Therefore, I strongly request a full reimbursement of the package amount—AED 8,500—which I paid during the event held at Regent Palace Hotel, Burjuman. This is a matter of principle and trust, and I expect your immediate attention and resolution without further excuses.
