One of the worst experience while renting a car. They delivered a different vehicle and did not return the deposit. It's a big trap. Please don't get attracted by their low rent prices as they will compensate that by not returning your deposit.

Beware – Unethical and Dishonest Practices I had a terrible experience with Best Zone Rent A Car. They attract customers through low-price ads on Facebook, but once you return the car, the real trouble begins. Despite multiple follow-ups, they refunded only 50% of my deposit after deducting unjustified charges like AED 100 for washing, AED 300 for Sharjah pickup, and AED 50 as admin fees — even though they did no visible admin work. None of these charges were disclosed upfront when taking the vehicle. Once the car is returned, they stop answering calls and become completely unresponsive. Their so-called office on Sheikh Zayed Road is a business center with no staff present. It feels like a trap meant to lure in first-time customers. I highly doubt they have any repeat business — and for good reason. Be extremely cautious. This company operates with zero transparency and appears to be scamming unsuspecting customers. Stay away.
