🚫 Worst Experience Ever – Fraud, Zero Customer Service & Money Cheating 🚫 ⚠️⚠️Company Details 1-Moosa Rent a Car Dubai 2- Houston Luxury Rent A Car 3- HMA SUPERIOR VIP RENT A CAR LLC Many more different name they have. This is by far the most unprofessional and dishonest car rental company I have ever dealt with. They are nothing but fraudsters, openly cheating customers and treating them with complete disrespect. Both receptionists ( Rahman and otherone Fat Guy who was introducing him self as Manager) were extremely rude, unhelpful, and behaved with arrogance. Instead of providing proper service, they focused only on finding ways to extract more money through hidden charges and false claims. They cheated me financially and refused to provide any clear explanation. The entire experience was full of lies, intimidation, and shameless behavior. ⚠️ I strongly warn everyone: DO NOT TRUST this company. They are running their business through fraud, money cheating, and misbehavior with customers. Save your money and go to a professional, transparent, and reputable car rental company. ⚠️⚠️Cheap Office and Cheap behaviour with visitors and customers. Extremely disappointing experience with DAW AL SAHRAA Car Rental LLC (Houston Rent a Car – Al Jaddaf). I rented a car from them on 30th May 2025 and returned it on 29th June 2025. At the time of booking, I was promised free delivery and pickup, no hidden charges, and a deposit refund of AED 1,000 within 21 days. Even after more than 30 days, my deposit has not been refunded. I have contacted them multiple times, but they ignore all calls and messages. The individuals involved — Ali, Tahir, and their accounts team — are completely unresponsive. This behavior is unprofessional and unacceptable. I am now forced to escalate this issue to the Dubai Economic Department and the police. I strongly advise others to avoid this company. There are many more trustworthy car rental services in Dubai — don’t waste your time and money here.
