DO NOT RENT A CAR HERE. They are scammers. They seem very nice and accommodating on the phone but will do anything to scam you. Please do not be fooled by the "cheap prices". We have also filed a police report against them. Dirty people.

Total scam They stole out deposit and wanted another 5000AED afterwards. Crazy scammer we lost our deposit but will report them. For everybody else you can report that under the phone number 60545555. They came like muslims but would scam you all over. Crazy that the government is allowing that. In Dubai legit rental companies DO NOT TAKE DEPOSIT. And one of the 5 star ratings is the guy himself called Bilal. They would do that to families too. Try to avoid them!!!

I had a very negative experience with this rental company. The car was delivered late and with different conditions than originally promised. A cash deposit of 3000 AED was suddenly requested, although earlier I was told there would be no deposit. After returning the car, a damage to the wheel was claimed, although no accident happened during my use. I immediately registered an official police report. After that, I started receiving constant pressure, demands for direct payments, and threats involving lawyers. The case is now officially registered with Dubai Consumer Protection. I strongly advise others to be extremely careful before dealing with this company.
