I had a very negative experience with this rental company. The car was delivered late and with different conditions than originally promised. A cash deposit of 3000 AED was suddenly requested, although earlier I was told there would be no deposit. After returning the car, a damage to the wheel was claimed, although no accident happened during my use. I immediately registered an official police report. After that, I started receiving constant pressure, demands for direct payments, and threats involving lawyers. The case is now officially registered with Dubai Consumer Protection. I strongly advise others to be extremely careful before dealing with this company.
