Fraud Alert, Scammers These people are fraudsters. They promised me a hotel stay and Dubai Safari Park tickets for my family (two adults and two children). I went through a huge hassle, making hundreds of calls and sending many emails, but I received nothing from them. A person named Saham, who claimed to be the company manager, blocked my phone number. Another person named Rehan promised to send me the Dubai Safari Park tickets on the same day I was calling him, but I never received anything. One day, they will experience the same pain when someone cheats them out of their hard-earned money. Please do not fall into their trap. Never visit their office in Karama when they call you. They are exploiting and hurting families, and they should be ashamed of their actions. I have raised a complaint with the relevant authorities in Dubai and submitted all the necessary documents so appropriate action can be taken against them.

Avoid this company at all costs!!!! We went on30/08/2025 and they offered 35 flight tickets to travel to our home country and we done full payment at the same time.They give us a card which will be activated after 15 days.You often fail to follow up with customers as promised.We mailed them and asked about our tickets and they are telling we get confirmation about the ticket only before 5 days of travel.They are dragging us without giving proper answers and not responding to our questions.Didn't get a single ticket.So please be aware and stay away from these kind of traps!!!! I am editing this review to get noticed other people we are trapped and others please don't fell in the trap and as they saw a negative review in the top they put a good review above that..SO PLEASE BE AWARE..check the reviews properly and decide.....

The rooms were clean, luxurious, and extremely comfortable. The transportation arrangements were equally excellent safe, timely, and hassle free..... I could visit many beautiful places with complete ease, thanks to their well-planned itineraries and smooth travel options. Every destination I visited was stunning, and the entire journey felt organized and enjoyable...... What I appreciated the most was the attention to detail and the warm service.
