I keep following with them regarding my loan even I signed a contract and paid 50K as service charges and insurance for them since more that two months even they told that they have the approval from the bank for my loan and I signed the bank acceptance letter with the contract but no feedback from the customer service or finance department and unfortunately they are not answering the phone call only through WhatsApp if they answer all of the number are not working and they have no office land number really the way they are dealing not professional I am afraid that they will not finish the loan process and to loose my 50K money that I paid I appreciate if somebody can help me regarding this issue my email address ( abu_eslaih@yahoo.com )
