This is going to be a long review, but the conclusions speak for themselves. Spoiler: their main manager AHMED (a terrible employee) yelled at me over the phone, and I waited a whole month to get my refund — all because they sold me horrible-quality glasses. On September 2, I placed an online order for glasses. They arrived in bad condition, so I returned them on September 4. I was told the refund would take up to two weeks. A week later — nothing. After several messages, they asked for my card details and said to wait 3–7 business days. Still nothing. Then they sent me a fake “proof of payment” — literally an Excel screenshot instead of a real bank document. Their bank later declined the transaction, yet they kept telling me to “check with your bank.” I called my bank twice — there was no transaction at all. In total, I waited a full month for my money. Out of frustration, I said I’d come and take it in cash. They agreed, but when I arrived at the store, nobody knew anything. I waited all day. In the evening, they told me to come again — and again, no cash. It felt like a joke. When I called again, manager AHMED yelled at me, saying, “It’s not my problem.” Completely unprofessional and humiliating — I ended up in tears. The only kind people were the cashiers Anne and another girl, who literally gave me the refund from their own pockets. The call center team was also polite and tried to help. But the management is absolutely awful — rude, disrespectful, and careless toward customers. Final verdict: I will never buy from this store again. They sold low-quality products, ignored their own refund policy, and treated me terribly. A truly horrible experience from start to finish.
