One of the worst company and worst business management I have never experienced in my life.A friend of mine has referred me to apply for a trade license from this firm. As it’s through reference I have trusted blindly the person name Anayat and started the process with him and done payment of 20000AED at a time and that’s the biggest mistake I have done. 1)once the payment is done he promised be thaw date where I will get the trade lincense . In reality- He started the work from the committed date that too after multiple follow ups. His main business is of accounting and bookkeeping so his primary focus will be on it. After that if he has time then he will do the work if not he will say Ded system is down. 2) He said that initial approval is done and I will provide the related documents in 30 mints. In reality - He hasn’t applied for it and I said I will visit the Ded office along with you and then he was saying that initial approval was rejected and even he doesn’t know the reason. 3) keep on telling the stories and dragging the things In reality - He never answers the calls and his tone is also changed while speaking and give silly excuses like I am in traffic, I am at signal, I have family problems, bla bla bla 4)After his silly reason be like as my birth place is Hyderabad so my initial approval got rejected as you are black listed. Reality - I work for semi government firm I don’t have any default history in any sector even I have police clearance certificate. He doesn’t know the exact reason so he couldn’t figure out the solution. 5) So that contact has been canceled and I he has charged so 1500 to 1700 AED as his fees but not providing the invoice. When I ask him he is saying as I sort few bucks from my pocket to bribe Ded employees to get the license. Worst service, worst professionalism, worst attitude towards his clients
