We make an order, it takes 2 hours to arrive, why? Because the driver pucks 3 order and deliver them to 3 different locations, and by the time he arrives to our location the food is cold, putting ourselves in an embarrassing situation in front of our guest, not enjoying the food! Worst? No customer service to talk to... just leave a message and we will contact you within 48 hours. Wow!

The worst service I have ever encountered. Keeta has not returned my money for over a month, even though I have called and messaged them dozens of times. The call center keeps saying that “everything has been forwarded” and “the request has been sent,” but in reality — nothing has been done. I have been waiting for a refund since October 19, and during all this time absolutely nothing has happened. No responsibility, no respect for the customer. A complete disappointment. I strongly do NOT recommend Keeta.
