I'm extremely disappointed with this salon's service. I received a poor-quality hair treatment—the capsules were placed too close to the scalp, and some of my hair had already started to fall off. The hairdresser acknowledged the problem and scheduled a re-treatment. I arrived at the appointed time, but the hairdresser simply didn't show up for work and stopped responding to messages. Ultimately, I wasted my time and was left with a problem. The salon showed no accountability for its employees' actions and didn't offer an adequate solution immediately. I don't recommend it. If quality and respect for the client are important to you, it's best to choose another place.
