The cleaning in this office building is subpar – dust and dirt are often left untouched. The AC is inconsistent, either too cold or barely functioning, which makes it uncomfortable to work. The pantry hygiene is also a concern, with dirty countertops and a lack of regular sanitization. Management really needs to address these ongoing issues.

I would like to raise some concerns regarding the maintenance and cleanliness of this office building. 1.The pantry room has a bad smell, and the AC is not working. 2.The washrooms are not being cleaned, leading to poor hygiene, and there are no tissues available in the toilets. There seems to be a lack of responsibility for these maintenance issues, and I trust the authorities will address them promptly.

I just visited Al Mozna Building, and I had a terrible experience. The facilities were in terrible condition; not only were they unclean, but they also had an odor that lingered and, to make things worse, there were no tissues available. The pantry was even worse, reeking of putrefaction and cockroaches. It's clear that cleaning is not important here. The environment is made much more uncomfortable by the failing A/C system. Overall, I'm really dissatisfied and wouldn't recommend this to anyone.
