It is a dump house with bad plumbing and the water supply is being drained by over consumption by sharing tenants. Furthermore, only one lift is working now while the other one is being repaired probably take months for them to fix all this. Overall the building needs a major renovation for all the mess overcrowded tenants make it filthy. 177 RIQQA AL SERKAL BLDG is a dump house and it is AL SERKAL Administration that gave the permission to overcrowd the building themselves with sharing tenants.
