Flats in this building are very nice. 100 marks for Cleaning department But the agent name called Smile is a big problem. He will keep manipulate you/ make you fool for every thing, Before moving i asked him to give me a discount, he not even give me 10 AED discount on rent, I thought maybe there services are good that's why he cannot, but when i moved in then i saw so many problems inside my flat. I wanted to check my room before movein but they ask me to give rent first and then movein. When i movein, I reaslised the washroom door was not closing from outside, also the sofa/couch was not in a condition in which we can sit properly, it was a old used couch, i complain to him within 48 hours and requested him to replace it, he was keep saying today-tomorrow i will replace it, but now its been a month, he is keep making me fool and so far he hasn't replaced it. I emailed at ect.qusay@gmail.com regarding all the problems they said please contact agent and supervisor, i replyed, that i already talk to them but nothing is happening but i didn't get any reply from their email. Also, As there are lots of cockroches in the kitchen, 28 days ago I asked smile(agent) for the pest control, now It's been 1 month, nothing has done. I complain for poor internet connection, he took 1 week to fix those, still sometime i face poor connectivity. Situation is getting worst here and no one is there who can take any action. I have all the proof of chats and emails nobody has done the things on time. My rent is 2500 + 500 for dewa, i have no problem for paying this amount. take the rent from me on the 1st date of every month, i have no problem, but i want good service. if you are saying it's a furnished room then make sure all the furniture are in execllent condition, if not then replace it with the new one before letting people in.
