Please if anyone of you would like to buy or rent in this building, kindly don't due to a lot of reasons. Firstly, the building doesn't have CCTV in it's parking, so there is a safety issue for your vehicles. Secondly and I think one of the most dissatisfying experiences I've had living in this god forsaken building is, the pool and the gym had been closed even before the Covid situation hit. Now in the neighborhood, each and every building have a pool and a gymnasium has opened, but even till yesterday the pool and the health center or gymnasium is still closed. You are not allowed to be host to even one guest. If they are so much interested in the safety of it's residents, they should check the temperatures of all the people who are coming in, but instead the security personnel there, just sits in his chair, not allowing any guests. Kindly request people who are planning to move in here, to think about these points.
