Very bad experience at JR5 Building, Al Mankhool. Not deserving even 1 star. The rooms are infested with bed bugs – management has been informed multiple times, but has taken no action to resolve the issue. The building manager, Azar, is extremely rude, unprofessional, and has no respect for tenants. Due to the new partition ban, he is forcing tenants to vacate without proper notice. Worst of all, he refuses to return the refundable security deposit of AED 1,000 and instead makes excuses. Unhygienic, mismanaged, and full of stress. Not recommended at all.

The worst building i have ever seen in dubai . Doesnt even deserve 1star . Maintenance problem . Owner or not even the maintenance guy is responding for our problem. Everywhere there are cockroaches. AC doesnt work . Never go to this place please.
