lived in this accommodation for almost two years, so I have enough experience to share an honest review for future students. I always paid my rent on time, but the services provided were nowhere near worth the money. Shared spaces were a disaster: the kitchen was constantly left filthy by neighbors, and despite complaints, management rarely did anything meaningful. At best, they gave excuses or promised to “take control,” but action was almost never taken. Transportation is another daily problem. Standing under the Dubai sun waiting for a shuttle that is consistently 10–15 minutes late is frustrating. Yes, there’s an app now, but it doesn’t fix the unreliability. Noise from neighbors is constant loud laugh, late-night disturbances, and complaints rarely result in consequences. Rooms were disappointing too. I changed rooms twice, yet both had visible damage from previous tenants. There was even mold on the bathroom ceiling which is unacceptable for such prices. The laundry room is a nightmare: machines are often busy, broken, or poorly maintained, making laundry unnecessarily stressful. Insects were a serious issue throughout my stay cockroaches, flies, and other pests with ineffective and nonexistent pest control. Requests for treatment were ignored or ineffective. Staff attitude is equally disappointing. They prioritize profit over residents’ well-being. Even during tense regional situations now , little support or guidance was offered. Customer care and empathy were clearly lacking. Overall, the quality of life here does not match the price or expectations. After almost two years, my advice to future students is simple: think twice ten times before moving here.
