Very poor building quality and very bad materials used. It has only been 3 years since this building was constructed, but within the first year itself, there were already cracks in the walls, and now, the situation has worsened. Secondly, they do not provide parking for residents with 2-bedroom and 1-bedroom apartments. They can't even provide a sun shield as nearby buildings, like Arjan Heights, have for their open parking spaces. In this heat, engines are getting damaged. I have emailed them so many times, but there is no response. They delete the bad reviews. Yet, they never forget to increase the rent annually.
