Never, and under no circumstances, rent an apartment in this building!!! The GM Pawan and his entire team, I’m not ashamed to say, are there to rip off more money from you, and I’m not the first their victim! The contract was signed for 7 months, payment of 7000 per month, and 3000 loan. Payments were made monthly, which is important to remember, and I will explain why later. Upon arrival, Pawan himself quickly ran through the apartment, showed what was what, said that if anything breaks, we will come and fix it at our own expense, privilege of a monthly payments. 1. The bed linen, blanket, as well as the pillows were not new, stained! 2. During rain, water streamed straight into the apartment through the window frames. 3. Bedbugs . They still exist! The cleaning lady came and said that you have bedbugs, showed there nests! I notified Pawan immediately. 4. I asked to replace the bed, he replied, "of course not"! The day before departure, Pavan’s subordinate comes and checks the apartment, so as not to return your deposit! Of course he found them bugs! Now you understand why they will never change beds, because bedbugs bring them profit! They immediately cut the rent into their pocket - 175 dirhams! Then he started checking the bed and what do you think? He started sniffing the pillows. It turns out that the pillow is not new, it smells like oil, another - 250 for the pillows. For your information, I don't use pillows! Do you think their fantasy ends there? No! The not-new sheets, duvet covers, and pillowcases showed stains, that weren’t there 7 months ago! Another minus 250-300 for a set or deep cleaning. Then he went to the closet door and found some kind of defect in the closing mechanism, which had been there since the time I moved in. We don’t want to hear anything -175. Remember monthly payments and all defects had to be fixed for free?! Not in this case. Before the inspection, the professional cleaners, I hired, cleaned the entire apartment! -250, For a deep cleaning of the stove, hood filter and dishwasher that never been used! Pawan and employes screming, intimidating the guest to make money on it! If you do not agree with the inspection, and do not want to accept the inspection report, your case will be “sent to the main office” for consideration, and within a week the decision whether to return your deposit or not, will be given to you?!

Если не хотите быть заскамленными на деньги - здесь не заселяйтесь. Мистер Паван позаботится о том, чтобы не предупредить о дополнительных вычетах из вашего депозита и скажет об этом только при выселении. Будут пытаться найти царапину в каждом сантиметре квартиры, чтобы содрать денег. А что насчет стоимости, то каждому своему жильцу они говорят разные цены, а вы позвоните в их офис и придите лично на встречу и все поймете. Вся их компания чисто работает по индуской хитрости( содрать денег, да побольше). Но апартаменты очень красивые, но того не стоит 👍
