It’s a jail. Management creates fines to steal your money. Forget about deposit checks, they don’t return. The tenant contract is fake, information about real state or contacts don’t exist ..….. By the way, once you move out, don’t paint the walls , office of this building will say :”We don’t like color of the paint “. And they keep amount of your deposit with them. This is how they fraud, cheat tenants . Well, it’s just a hell. Police and Dubai court don’t take any actions against them.

Avoid AR1 Tower – Unbearable Living Conditions I lived in AR1 Tower (Al Nahda 1) for two years, and I would not recommend this building to anyone — even for a short-term stay. The building is infested with cockroaches, the garbage areas constantly smell terrible, and the air conditioners inside the apartments are so noisy and broken that sleeping becomes impossible. Hallway ACs don’t work, and the outdoor pool is not maintained (no heating or cooling). Management is completely unhelpful and even hostile. A guard once threw away our baby stroller without warning, and no one took responsibility. Overall, AR1 Tower was one of the worst housing experiences I’ve ever had. Avoid at all costs — there are much better options in Dubai.
