recently had an experience with this company that was far from satisfactory. My fiancée arranged a surprise for me, and unfortunately, it did not go as expected. She specifically requested and paid for a cheesecake, which the company confirmed they could provide. However, what I received was nothing close to a proper cheesecake. Additionally, she asked if they could purchase a perfume worth 1,835 AED (approximately $500), which she paid for in full, along with separate delivery charges. At the last moment, the company informed her that they could not fulfill this request. After extensive back-and-forth, they proposed an alternative—delivering the money instead of making her wait for a refund. She agreed to this solution, yet upon receiving the amount, it was 183 AED (around $50) short. Attempts to resolve this issue have been frustrating, as the representative she was in contact with has since stopped responding. Based on this experience, I would strongly advise against using this service, particularly for international orders. The lack of reliability and accountability makes it a risky choice.
