Worst place to live, only outside showshaw but rooms are very small and smell stinky.

The place is good 5/5 But the AC company is -1/5 they charge us even we're not using the AC and during our vacation for the whole month still got 300AED. And the rent, we rented for 1 year a studio for 25k annual and now they want us to leave the unit even though we still have 4 months remaining. they wanted to raise the contract to 35k annual for the same unit. Other units such as 1 bedroom it was 35k before and now 45k annual.
