New apartment building, quality build. Corridors regularly cleaned by watchman Hamada. Parking for residents only. Etisalat and Du fibre can be installed. Walls are solid, no neighbor noise. No pool or gym but it’s home. Just inform the owner or bldg manager immediately for MEP issues if any and they respond immediately.
