I purchased a day pass and brought my flask to keep my water cold, but the staff was so unfriendly that they told me I had to either leave my water behind or throw it away, despite it being 35°C (95°F) outside. I’d prefer a customer service approach where they offer water at a reasonable price or even free as they do in many places around the world, especially given the extreme heat, instead of charging $10 for a small bottle just to maximize profit. Water is a basic necessity, and I’d like to see their policy changed to reflect that. The beach club itself is great, with excellent facilities and a pleasant atmosphere, the music is too loud tho, but some of their policies feel unfair and not focused on customer satisfaction.
